Mens’ discipleship, womens bible study, moms group, covenant life society, high school discipleship, young adult discipleship, and other occasional studies are each ways that we seek to disciple and grow our members and those in the community with a knowledge of God’s grace. Talk to the pastor or one of the elders to get connected.
Our church is active in serving seniors, providing a broadcast on TV (3:00pm Monday on Channel Three) for those who are unable to attend, and also having available a call-in line where you can listen along to the worship services. Valet parking, seniors dinner, and bulletin delivery are all ways that we seek to minister to our seniors.
As part of giving our lives away in service to God's kingdom, the church partners with Love Inc. of greater Sheldon. Many in our church are also active in volunteering with Village Northwest in Sheldon.
Our pastor and elders meet to pray for our church family, our community, and our world every other Sunday morning. We also have a prayer bulletin and utilize an e-mail prayer chain for concerns that arise in our church and our community. If you need prayer, please contact the church office so that we can bring your needs before the throne of grace. If you would like the pastor or an elder to lay hands on you and pray for you in person, please let the pastor know and we can meet with you before or after a worship service.

We offer a nursery during each of our worship services infants and toddlers. We do not have a cut off age for nursery, but generally church members start having their kids sit with them sometime between ages 2 and 4. We also have a cry room at the back of the sanctuary if you prefer to keep children of all ages with you during the service. We are happy to tolerate a little noise in order for our children to worship God with us!
Beginning in 4th grade we have our GEMS and Cadets ministry that works to equip and disciple our children. They meet every other Wednesday night with our partner church, Immanuel CRC. They learn, socialize, and grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus!
We have Sunday school and catechism for all ages 3-18 that meets during the school year. Our children and young people systematically study God's word, the catechism, and Christian doctrine so that they might be "thoroughly equipped for every good work" - 1 Tim. 3:17b
Our young people gather every other Wednesday during the school year, and also many of them go on SERVE trips during the summer. Young Peoples often includes dinner, social time, and teaching. In addition, several times per year the young people do service projects in the community. There is also a high school girls bible study that meets during the school year.
